Policies 

Before registration and payment, we kindly ask that you take a moment to thoroughly read and review all policies and procedures, as they are binding once you register with us. We are committed to our Growing Giggles's families. We will make every effort to ensure your experience with Growing Giggles is excellent.

All policies and procedures are subject to change at any time without notification. If you have any questions regarding our policies and procedures, please contact Growing Giggles.

 

Enrollment Policy:

Growing Giggles recognizes the importance of all parenting roles and family structures, and we welcome all caregivers to participate. Please note: we require a responsible adult to remain on-site for the duration of all Growing Giggles's Group and Petite Dance classes. For Grande Dance Classes we do allow parents to drop-off students; however we require that a responsible adults comes into the Health Club for both drop-off and pick-up.

Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy:

Please note: payment and Growing Giggles's credits are non-transferable between clients. Growing Giggles credits do not expire.

 

Drop in Policy: 

We love to have people drop in for a class! We do ask that anyone interested in doing a drop in class would notify us (via email) 24 hours in advance to ensure we have space and enough materials. We do require all forms to be completed prior to class (waiver and photo release). Drop in spots are $25/per class.

If you cancel your registration:

You may cancel your registration at any time, for any reason, but a refund will not be issued. If you cancel your registration before the start of a class Session, a Growing Giggles's credit will be issued in the amount you paid. If you cancel your registration after the start of a Session, a pro-rated Growing Giggles's credit will be issued based on the amount you paid, minus the class(es) you attended.

If we cancel a class:

We reserve the right to cancel or transfer enrollment prior to a Session.  In the event of a cancellation or transfer, you will be notified via email address provided. If you are unsatisfied with the transfer, or cancellation is necessary, you will be issued a Growing Giggles's credit in the amount you paid.

 

If we cancel for the day:

We reserve the right to close due to staff illness, facility-related event, or inclement weather. In the event of a closure, families will be notified via email address provided and will be issued a Growing Giggles's credit for the amount of the missed class or at the discretion of the facilitator, a makeup date may be scheduled. A refund will not be issued.

 

Make-Up Policy:

We understand you may have to miss a class in your session. We will do our best to offer you a make-up class, if our schedule allows for it. Given how we schedule our classes, the make-up class may be a repeat lesson. We do not allow another child to fill-in for the place of an absent Growing Giggler.

Health & Wellness Policy:

In an effort to keep everyone healthy, we ask that you exercise caution and consideration for others if either you, or your little one, are not well. Please use your best judgment when deciding whether or not to bring you and your child/ren to Growing Giggles's classes when he/she is experiencing obvious signs of sickness. If you or your child appear too sick to participate, Growing Giggles reserves the right to ask you to kindly leave.

Weather Cancellation Policy:

During inclement weather, Growing Giggles reserves the right to cancel classes to ensure the safety of everyone. We typically follow the Boston Public School closings for weather related cancellations; however, we reserve the right to determine otherwise. In the event of a closure, families will be notified via email address provided. A Growing Giggles's credit will be issued for the amount of the missed class. A refund will not be issued.

Arrival/Departure Policy:

We ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled class and stay no later than 10 minutes after. This ensures that our staff has adequate time to clean and prepare for the next group.

Dance Parent Pick Up/Drop Off Policy:

Parents are responsible for transporting their child to and from class on time. Students must wait inside the building until their ride arrives. If there is an issue with being on time, please plan to ensure your child is dropped off and picked up in a timely manner. Parents that are more than 10 minutes late for pick-up will assessed a babysitting fee of $20.

Food Policy:

Snacks are not allowed in the classroom or the dance studio at any time. However, if your child needs a snack during class, we have designated chairs in the lobby for you to use. We ask all families to consider food allergies when packing snacks. Our classroom is a peanut-free area.
